A couple of years ago, when I went searching for specific tips, tools and tricks to help me level up my marriage. I read books, I searched the internet, I watch YouTube...But the information I found was...shall I say...lacking! The information also was not particularly relevant to the unique challenges of today’s modern marriages with both people juggling the pressures of working outside the home, living up to societal pressures of those ”perfect” homes, bodies, and all other kinds of expectations that comes from social media. And speaking of social media, what about all the ”temptations”, instant access and just overall problems that come along with it. What was out there tended to be fluffy statements like ”be more loving” or ”communicate more”, or the God-awful advice of ”Never go to bed angry”-like anybody can solve anything when they are exhausted... No wonder the divorce rate is where it’s at! I’m the kind of person who needs specifics. Tell me exactly what to do! but there was nothing out there, so I created my own tips, tools and tricks. But the question I’m sure you are all wondering is...Did it work? And to that, I would say. YES! Not only did my techniques work... they also worked fast! Now I am taking my journey, those lessons, and am here to help marriages and relationships, not only survive, but to thrive. If you are married, ever wanted to be, or just want the absolutely best relationship possible. This is the podcast for you!

Join us for an insightful and transformative episode of the podcast where I’m thrilled to be joined by Karyn Seitz, the creator of the Happy Wife School YouTube channel.
Both of our channels share a mission to empower women to cultivate their own happiness and help men navigate the complexities of modern relationships.
In this engaging conversation, we explore critical topics like why women often resist taking personal responsibility, the underlying issues affecting today’s marriages, and practical strategies to create a stronger, happier partnership.
Whether you’re a man seeking to understand your wife better or a woman looking to improve your marriage, this episode offers valuable insights to help you build a better relationship.
Karen opens up about her personal journey, sharing how a decade ago, a pivotal "red pill" moment with her mentor, David, helped her realize she was the source of her own unhappiness. Karen’s path led her to confront her role in her marriage’s challenges.
We discuss how her shift toward personal accountability transformed her relationship with her husband, proving that one partner’s growth can radically improve a marriage without requiring change from the other. Together, we unpack the societal shifts impacting modern marriages, debunk myths like “all women are gold diggers,” and explain why marriage remains a powerful tool for personal growth and self-improvement.
Key Topics Covered:
Why women struggle with accountability and how to break free from the “camp victim” mindset that blames others for personal unhappiness.
The historical context of marriage challenges, from the 1950s to today, and why the 50% divorce rate reflects deeper issues of entitlement and lack of intentionality.
How men can set healthy boundaries, rebuild confidence, and navigate their wife’s emotional challenges without losing themselves.
The role of intimacy in marriage, addressing why women may disengage and how prioritizing connection can transform relationships.
Karen’s framework for women: embracing the idea that “I am the problem” to become the solution, fostering emotional intelligence and personal growth.
