A couple of years ago, when I went searching for specific tips, tools and tricks to help me level up my marriage. I read books, I searched the internet, I watch YouTube...But the information I found was...shall I say...lacking! The information also was not particularly relevant to the unique challenges of today’s modern marriages with both people juggling the pressures of working outside the home, living up to societal pressures of those ”perfect” homes, bodies, and all other kinds of expectations that comes from social media. And speaking of social media, what about all the ”temptations”, instant access and just overall problems that come along with it. What was out there tended to be fluffy statements like ”be more loving” or ”communicate more”, or the God-awful advice of ”Never go to bed angry”-like anybody can solve anything when they are exhausted... No wonder the divorce rate is where it’s at! I’m the kind of person who needs specifics. Tell me exactly what to do! but there was nothing out there, so I created my own tips, tools and tricks. But the question I’m sure you are all wondering is...Did it work? And to that, I would say. YES! Not only did my techniques work... they also worked fast! Now I am taking my journey, those lessons, and am here to help marriages and relationships, not only survive, but to thrive. If you are married, ever wanted to be, or just want the absolutely best relationship possible. This is the podcast for you!

3 Ways Women Destroy Their Relationship Without Realizing It | Women Behaving Badly
In this video, we dive into three behaviors that can unknowingly damage your relationship, and how women sometimes destroy their man's confidence without even realizing it. Relationships can be complicated, and small actions or comments can have a lasting impact on your partner. Here are three common behaviors to avoid:
1. **Talking About Other Men**
Whether it’s raving about a male adult film actor or mentioning another man in a way that diminishes your partner, this can deeply hurt a man’s ego and cause long-term emotional damage. Find out why even casual comments about another man’s physique can be a huge red flag in a relationship.
2. **Bringing Up Your Ex**
Talking about your ex in front of your current partner, especially to complain or vent, can make him feel inadequate or as if he’s not your one and only. Discover why men want to feel like they’re your first and last in every way, and how dwelling on the past harms the present.
3. **Public Insults and Embarrassment**
In public settings, especially in front of friends or family, insulting or embarrassing your partner can break his trust and emotional connection with you. We’ll explore why handling disagreements privately is crucial for a healthy relationship and how public humiliation can cause lasting damage.
If you’ve ever experienced these behaviors in your own relationship (or maybe even done them without realizing it), you’re not alone. Let’s dive deep into these common pitfalls and learn how to protect your relationship.

This is due to the fact that the more of a friend you are, the less of a lover you tend to be.
